I have known Paula in a number of career capacities for the past 20 years. She is a special person with a powerful story. It’s a personal story of her triumph set against an international backdrop and it’s a story of others and their triumphs. I think of the phrase: “be patient with others as you have no idea of the battles they are fighting.” She has fought her battles and most of us had no idea of the decisions that had to be made. Paula is one of the most determined, professional, caring and others focused individuals that you will have the pleasure to encounter. She believes in the potential of others and now she fully embraces her own gifts and potential. Bravo!
